Introduced Sterile hybrid stocked by MDNR in select Michigan lakes as a trophy predator management tool. Cannot reproduce -- all individuals are hatchery fish. The DNR's fish list notes the hybrid "was formerly stocked" indicating periods of reduced programs, but MDNR has continued stocking in targeted lakes.
