To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Michigan Fishing offers paid subscription plans that unlock premium features. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) until you cancel.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Users may post reviews, comments, and catch log entries. By submitting content, you grant Michigan Fishing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content on the Site. You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Lake, stocking, and fish species data is sourced from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and other public sources. While we strive to keep information current and accurate, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data on the Site. Always consult official DNR sources and follow current Michigan fishing regulations.
All original content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Michigan Fishing and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michigan Fishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any content thereon, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
